Construction at the new Brown & Brown Beach Street Campus in Downtown Daytona Beach, Florida, saw tremendous progress in 2019. The highly-anticipated, 220,000 square foot, 11-story building is scheduled for completion at the end of 2020.
Brown & Brown Tops Off Its Future HQ in Daytona Beach
Construction of Brown & Brown’s future headquarters on North Beach Street reached a major milestone on Friday November 22nd with the placing of a steel beam on the top of the 186-foot-tall 11-story structure.
The topping-off milestone came a month ahead of schedule, said J. Powell Brown, the CEO of the Daytona Beach-based national insurance brokerage.
